Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc has appointed Henry Alakhume as its Acting Group Managing Director, effective February 12, 2026, as the company moves to stabilise leadership following recent executive changes.

According to the Board, his elevation is intended to ensure continuity and maintain momentum across Japaul’s strategic business operations during the transition period.
