Femi Otedola has exited the board of Geregu Power following the sale of his shareholding in the company to MA’AM Energy limited.
His place as chairman of the board has been taken by senator Abdul Aziz Yari.
About Senator Abdul Aziz Yari
Senator Abdul Aziz Yari is a former Zamfara state governor and member of the Senate representing Zamfara West .
He holds degrees in Public Administration, Finance and Investment Management (MSc) from the University of Salford, and a Certificate in Leadership and Change from the London School of Economics.
In addition to Femi Otedola’s resignation from the board of Geregu power, the following directors also resigned:
