About the Role

The Graduate Associate Internship is a unique opportunity for ambitious, purpose-driven young professionals to gain first-hand experience in public sector reform, digital government, and strategic delivery. Interns will work alongside TBI’s country teams and government partners to help solve complex development challenges, implement high-impact initiatives, and drive results that improve lives.

You will be embedded within a dynamic and mission-focused team, supporting real-time projects that advance governance and institutional capacity in Nigeria. Whether it’s developing policy briefs, engaging with stakeholders, or analyzing data for impact, this role provides a solid foundation for a career in public policy or international development.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide research and analytical support on government advisory projects.

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project plans and deliverables.

  • Help facilitate communication between TBI teams and key stakeholders.

  • Support knowledge management and documentation processes.

  • Contribute to the strategic delivery of public sector reforms.

Who Should Apply

  • Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) or final-year students with a background in political science, economics, international development, public policy, or related fields.

  • Individuals with a strong academic record and demonstrated interest in governance or public service.
