Oraimo is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Social Media & Content Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our digital content across social platforms.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on driving engagement, brand growth, and content performance. The ideal candidate will also have solid knowledge of AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, ideation, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Oversee end-to-end content creation, including planning, ideation, production, publishing, and optimization
- Manage and grow presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Use analytics and performance data to measure results, optimise content, and report insights to stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools to improve content ideation, workflow efficiency, audience targeting, and performance optimization
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI-driven content solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage content calendars, timelines, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Guide and mentor junior team members or external content creators, as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior-level social media and content management role
- Strong strategic planning and hands-on execution capabilities
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple social platforms and content formats
- Solid understanding of AI tools and technologies used for content creation, analytics, and workflow optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Oraimo is also seeking a creative and skilled Script Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Script Writer, you’ll craft engaging and compelling scripts for various formats, ensuring our content resonates with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative scripts for short-form and long-form videos (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Collaborate with social media, videographer, and KOL teams to align scripts with campaign objectives.
- Adapt scripts based on different platforms, audiences, and content formats.
- Research trends, competitors, and viral content to continuously improve script ideas.
- Optimize scripts for engagement, storytelling, and call-to-action (CTA).
- Revise and polish scripts based on feedback and performance data
