Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Diploma or higher
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required
  • Experience Length: At least 1 year preferred

Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Support

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Provide consultation on financial products and offer sales support.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Sales & Customer Retention

  • Promote financial products and services to drive conversions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture potential clients for long-term retention.

Issue Resolution & Data Management

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
  • Provide effective and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (Diploma or higher preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
