Job Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting company products, and ensuring seamless order processing. Your role will involve telephone sales, social media marketing, email outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Customer Outreach

  • Contact potential customers through phone, social media, and email to promote the company’s products.
  • Set and execute personal sales goals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional after-sales support.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage customer data, and improve sales efficiency.
  1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Gather customer feedback and competitor insights to identify market trends.
  • Provide market analysis reports to help shape sales and marketing strategies.
  • Suggest improvements based on consumer behavior and industry shifts.
  1. E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

  • Publish and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and boost sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for promotions and advertising.
  1. Logistics & Order Management

  • Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Address customer concerns regarding shipments, returns, and product inquiries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. Educational & Professional Background

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing (sales experience preferred).
  1. Core Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective sales conversions.
  • Experience in telephone sales, social media marketing, and online sales.
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and customer engagement.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.
  1. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, retail, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and optimize marketing strategies.
