MTN Nigeria Communications Plc General Manager, Financial Planning Mr. Kolapo Olaleye, has purchased 23,000 ordinary shares of the company at a price of N472.60 per share worth approximately N10.87 million.
MTN Nigeria said the transaction was carried out in line with insider trading disclosure requirements applicable to publicly listed companies while the notice was signed by the company’s secretary, Uto Ukpanah, FCIS.
