Anthony Joshua has cast doubts on ever visiting Nigeria again following a car accident along Lagos – Ibadan expressway that took two of his associates.
The heavyweight boxer who barely escaped the accident in an Instagram story on Monday evening said “Not every place is meant to be revisited. I don’t think I’m coming back to Nigeria.”

Unfortunate Accident
Anthony Joshua was involved in a fatal road accident on Monday along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway in Makun, Ogun State, according to eyewitness accounts.
Residents and commuters at the scene stated the crash occurred on a busy stretch of the highway when the vehicle conveying Joshua collided with a parked truck.
Joshua sustained only minor injuries, while two of his associates died at the scene.
