Guildhall is Seeking Content Manager/Editor – Remote – ($4000 – $5000/pm)

At Guildhall we are proud to be representing our client, a leader in the personal development industry, for this exciting opportunity of the Content Manager/Editor. This role will play a pivotal part in managing, editing, and streamlining the content production process for our client. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring the smooth creation, production, and integration of curriculum content into their app. The ideal candidate will work closely with content writers, the audio team, and app developers to deliver high-quality, transformative personal development content.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with content writers to ensure content is well-structured, proofread, finalized, and ready for production.

Coordinate with the audio team to ensure audio and written content is consistent and perfectly aligned with each other.

Work alongside the app development team to ensure content is uploaded and integrated seamlessly into the mobile app.

Oversee the organization of all curriculum files, maintaining proper naming conventions, version controls, and content calendars.

Act as the point of contact for all content-related coordination, facilitating smooth communication between teams.

Monitor content production timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.

Assist in quality control, checking content for consistency, clarity

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote-based role initially.
  • Flexibility to coordinate with teams across different time zones.
  • Experience as an editor will would be very useful.
  • Familiarity with personal development and spirituality would be very useful.

Requirements

  • Strong proof reading, editing, organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams (writers, audio production, and app development).
  • -Excellent language, communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of content management tools.
  • Experience working in content production, publishing, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary

AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
