About the role
As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and motivating our sales and customer service team. You will be on the front lines, ensuring our customers receive the reliable and unbeatable service that defines our brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Team management: Inspire, coach, and guide a sales and customer service team to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Sales strategy: Support the team in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Operational support: Utilize basic accounting knowledge to support team and sales operations.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
- A proven track record in sales and/or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and drive a team to success.
- A candidate aged 28–35.
- Residence close to Agric, Ikorodu.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary of ₦150,000 per month, with opportunities for performance bonuses.
