Davido Releases Much Anticipated Fifth Studio Album Aptly Titled “5ive”

In the early hours of today, superstar singer David Adeleke popularly known as Davido released his fifth studio album titled “5ive“.

The latest album is his first project since the success of his 2023 album “Timeless”.

The 17 track album blends Afrobeats, Afro-fusion, and reggae fusion with collaborations with artists like YG Marley, Odumodublvck, and Chike helping to further solidify the album.

The album contains three already released singles by the artiste namely: “Awuke” featuring YG Marley – released October 31, 2024; “Funds” featuring Odumodublvck and Chike – released December 6, 2024 and “Be There Still” – released March 14, 2025

“5ive” was recorded between 2023 and 2025 across various locations, including Lagos, London, and Los Angeles with Davido describing the album as a reflection of personal growth and global connection.
