JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join the Mutual Trust MFBank team. Below are the qualifications and responsibilities for this role:

  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • As a Customer Service Officer at Mutual Trust MFBank, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Providing accurate information about Mutual Trust MFBank’s products and services.
  • Processing customer requests, transactions, and documentation.
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering strong client relationships.
