About the programme
The Tony Elumelu Foundation in partnership with the European Union, OACPS, and GIZ, is giving the opportunity to access $5,000 in seed capital, world-class training, mentorship, and exclusive networking opportunities through the Investing in Young Businesses in Africa-IYBA–WE4A Programme.
The WE4A Programme supports women-led businesses shaping Africa’s green economy — from renewable energy and sustainable agriculture to waste management and climate-smart innovation.
