The AFCON 2025 final between Morrocco and Senegal ended regulation time in controversial fashion as the stadium erupted into chaos after a penalty was awarded to Morrocco in the final minutes of the game.
Senegal themselves had a goal ruled out for a foul in the final minutes of regulation time which drew the ire of the Senegalese team.
The plot thickened after morrocco were awarded a penalty for a foul on Brahin Diaz in the 90th minute with the Senegalese team leaving the pitch in protest.
