Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) has announced its partnership with Lagos Fashion Week 2025 that aims to support Lagos Fashion Week 2025 in advancing Africa’s creative economy.
The goal is to promote sustainable production, local manufacturing, and value addition within the fashion and textiles value chain.

Lagos Fashion Week
Lagos Fashion Week (LFW) is an annual multi-day event held in Lagos, Nigeria, designed to showcase the best of African fashion to both local and international audiences. It brings together runway shows, designer presentations, showroom activations, business-series talks, and initiatives around sustainability and talent development.
Now in its 15th year, Lagos Fashion Week has become a globally recognised platform showcasing African design excellence and creativity. The 2025 edition will spotlight circular fashion, responsible sourcing, and regional value chains. These are areas where AFC’s infrastructure investments are helping. They bridge Africa’s creative and industrial potential.
