United Capital Declares N0.50 Final Dividend, AGM Set for April 4

United Capital Plc has announced a final dividend of N0.50 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

In a statement signed by Dr. (Sir) Leo Okafor, Group Company Secretary and General Counsel, the Lagos-based financial services group said the dividend would be paid on April 4, 2025, to shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register as of March 14, 2025.

The register of shareholders will be closed from March 17 to March 21. Shareholders who have completed their e-dividend registration will receive payments electronically on the due date, while those yet to enroll have been advised to do so via the company’s registrar, Africa Prudential Plc.

United Capital also announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) would be held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja on April 4, 2025.
