Uni Systems Is Hiring : Business Analyst

What will you be doing in this role?

• Responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• Conducting business model and business process analyses to support project objectives.
• Involved in modeling business processes to visualize and optimize workflows.
• Analyzing functional requirements and developing business cases to support decision-making.
• Performing risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Assisting in the preparation of key project documentation, including Business Cases, Vision Documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master’s degree in IT field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 9 years of relevant experience).
• Previous experience with BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• Strong experience with analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• Proven experience with large organisation administrative business processes.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and modelling and its implementation in business workflow applications.
• Experience with Wiki and collaborative sites.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2).
