Job Summary

  • As Head, HNI Segment, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to attract, retain, and grow relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI).
  • You will analyze market trends, develop a compelling value proposition, and build a profitable portfolio of deposits and risk assets.
  • This role requires close collaboration with marketing and Relationship Managers to implement targeted acquisition and engagement strategies while ensuring that products and services align with the unique needs of HNI clients.
  • Additionally, you will leverage customer insights to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • To succeed, you must possess strong market knowledge, strategic thinking, business analysis, and financial modeling expertise.
