Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Job Description

The Engineering Graduate Trainee Program is a structured training scheme designed to provide participants with hands-on experience in various aspects of SBC’s operations. Trainees will undergo comprehensive training, including rotations across different departments, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and participation in real-world projects. The program spans 12 to 18 months, during which trainees will develop technical competencies, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the company’s operations.

Eligibilty Criteria

To be considered for the Seven-Up Bottling Company Graduate Trainee, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • HND/ B ENG/B TECH in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of second class lower (2:2)
  • NYSC Completion Certificate is mandatory!
  • Candidate must possess basic technical knowledge relevant to the manufacturing process
  • Exposure to engineering tools such as AUTOCAD (even if academic use ONLY)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Age Limit: 27 years old
  • Willingness to work in any location or plant as required
  • Internship/Industrial Training experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus.

The Engineering Graduate Trainee Program is meticulously structured to ensure holistic development:
