RICS’ 134,000 trainees and professionals influence policy and embed global standards within local marketplaces in order to protect consumers and businesses. Through its research and training programmes, RICS ensures that technology is constantly deployed to provide solutions to the challenges of rapid urbanization, climate change, housing, infrastructure, etc.
