Requirements

About the Role

Propello is looking for a commercially minded and well-connected Partnerships Manager to develop and scale their referral and channel partner network. You’ll play a key role in building strategic relationships with consultants, agencies, and tech platforms, helping to establish Propello as their go-to loyalty platform for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect and onboard new referral partners (agencies, tech platforms, consultants, etc.)
  • Manage and nurture existing relationships with strategic partners including AWIN, Deloitte and Havas
  • Create co-marketing initiatives and sales enablement tools to support partners in generating referrals
  • Lead commercial negotiations and establish incentive models that drive pipeline growth
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging and partner proposition
  • Track performance and report on the impact of partner-sourced leads and opportunities
  • Represent Propello at key industry events and networking forums in the UK and internationally

 

The Ideal Candidate…

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales or business development
  • Experience working with or selling to digital agencies, consultants or affiliate networks
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue through partners
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment
  • SaaS or MarTech experience is a plus
