Pinnacle Oil and Gas Appoints Adenike Labinjo as MD/CEO to Lead Growth and innovation in the company

Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited, has named Mrs. Adenike Labinjo as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. This landmark appointment underscores the company’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth in Nigeria’s competitive oil and gas landscape.

With over 30 years of experience, Labinjo steps into the role equipped with a proven track record in business development, operations management, and corporate strategy, positioning her as the ideal leader to propel Pinnacle into its next phase of dominance.

Labinjo is no stranger to Pinnacle’s operations, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Acting Managing Director following the tenure of Bob Dickerman. Her interim leadership showcased dynamic decision-making and strategic foresight, earning her the confidence of the company’s leadership.

Alhaji Nasir Ado Bayero, Chairman of the Board of Directors, hailed her appointment, stating, “Her unparalleled industry experience and vision will drive Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited to unprecedented success. We are poised to expand our market leadership and optimize operations under her stewardship.” Labinjo’s extensive career includes transformative roles at Petrolex Oil and Gas Limited, where she boosted profitability as COO, and at Oando PLC, where she managed the integration of Agip Nigeria and Unipetrol into what is now Oando.
