The Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, says it is conducting routine maintenance on its Passport Digital Platform to improve system performance and user experience.
A statement by the Service Public Relations Officer, SPRO, Akinsola Akinlabi on Friday in Abuja said that the maintenance exercise would run from 12:00 a.m. on Dec. 12 to 6:00 a.m. on Dec. 14.
Mr Akinlabi said that users may experience temporary service interruptions, slow response times, or limited access to selected passport services during the period.
He said the exercise was necessary to sustain a reliable, secure and efficient digital passport ecosystem.
