Nigeria Overcome 2 goal Deficit to Seal 10th WAFCON Title in Morrocco

Nigeria came back from two goals down to defeat hosts Morrocco by 3 goals to 2 in the 2024 WAFCON final.

Morrocco raced to a 2 goal lead in the first half of Saturday’s final but the Super Falcons Nigeria roared back in the second half through goals from Esther okoronkwo, Ijamilusi and Jennifer Echegini to seal their record extending 10th WAFCON Title.
