Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

How You’ll Contribute:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Project Management: Assisting in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting research on various topics as required, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a remote or international setting.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, scheduling, and project management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
