As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in helping organizations solve complex, high-stakes challenges. From Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing startups, you’ll work alongside clients to uncover problems, design solutions, and drive long-term change.

You’ll take ownership of a specific workstream within a broader client engagement—researching, analyzing data, leading interviews, and helping deliver strategic recommendations that address both immediate needs and future goals. Key Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with up to 4 years of work experience (varies by organization or location)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt messaging for different audiences

• Proficiency in producing clear, effective outputs—such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, or research summaries
• Excellent time and task management in dynamic or high-pressure environments
