Lafarge Africa Plc Holds 63rd Annual General Meeting

Lafarge Africa Plc., a leading Sub-Saharan Africa building solutions company and member of Holcim, a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, held its 63rd Annual General Meeting in Lagos on Thursday, 21st April 2022.

During the meeting, shareholders unanimously agreed on the proposed total dividend of 200k per share (Interim and Final Dividends) as the company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of 51 billion Naira, a 65.4% growth as against the previous year’s result.
