Job Purpose
Adequate management of General /Sub Ledgers, assist in Management Accounts Preparation, Prompt resolution of Audit Issues & give support on External Audit Process, Booking of Monthly Recurrent Journals & Provisions and adherence/ promotion of Internal Control Systems. Coordinate Team work within the Finance Dept. Sections for proper integration of Monthly Management Account to enhance quality reporting.
About The Job
- Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Be proficient in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

Fire Infra Manager

Purpose
To manage the design, implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of fire protection systems across verticals, ensuring adherence to fire safety regulations and risk mitigation standards.
About The Job
- Review and approve fire protection designs (alarms, suppression systems, hydrants, extinguishers, etc.) ensuring compliance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and other relevant standards.
- Develop standard BOQs (Bill of Quantities), conduct vendor technical evaluations and collaborate with engineering/project teams to integrate systems into facility layouts.
- Oversee third-party vendors during maintenance, installation, certification activities, supervise planned periodic inspection and testing of all fire protection systems/equipment.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of inspection and audit records, prepare compliance reports, recommending corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Provide expert input on infrastructure upgrades, support project execution, monitor industry trends and integrate advancements in fire safety technology.
- Contribute to internal fire safety training programs, response plans, participate in and review fire drills/emergency procedures, and assess operational sites across verticals to evaluate infrastructure and ensure fire safety compliance.
Requirements
- Have deep knowledge of local fire codes and international fire safety standards.
- Be familiar with electronic fire alarm panels, control panels for suppression systems, and hydraulics of fire water systems.
- Strong report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and interpret engineering drawings and fire safety plans.
- Ability to oversee fire system installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
Qualification
- B.Sc./HND in Environmental Science or Engineering.
