The Board of Directors of Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc has officially announced the resignation of its Group Managing Director (GMD), Mr. Akinloye Daniel Oladapo, effective October 13, 2025.

In a formal statement released to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders, and the general public, the Board expressed its gratitude for Mr. Oladapo’s service:

“The Board of Directors expresses its appreciation to Mr. Akinloye Daniel Oladapo for his dedicated service and valuable contributions to the growth and development of the Company during his tenure and wishes him success in his future endeavours.”

Mr. Akinloye Daniel Oladapo served as the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc (formerly known as Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc) for several years. He joined the group earlier in his career, rising through leadership roles after his time at Dapkol Engineering Limited.

Under his leadership, the company which operates in sectors including dredging, quarrying, offshore services, gold mining, and related ventures continued its diversification and growth efforts in Nigeria’s infrastructure and resources space.
