The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has launched the Tadamon Accelerator Program for civil society organizations (CSOs) driving social impact through innovation, funded by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and implemented by UNDP Europe and Central Asia. The Tadamon Accelerator uses the BOOST Accelerator methodology, launched by UNDP in 2020, and brings this innovative accelerator to CSOs that are part of the Tadamon Community.  The European Commission (EC) has announced a call for proposals for EU action grants in the field of prevention or irregular migration and countering migrant smuggling under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).

  1. Scottish Documentary Institute Connecting Stories 2022 for documentary filmmakers from developing countries

 Applications are open for the second season of the international mentorship scheme, Connecting Stories, run with the support of British Council and in collaboration with In-Docs. Aiming to support underrepresented creative voices, Connecting Stories is a year-long programme for documentary filmmakers developing their first or second feature film, from Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

It combines seminars exploring various aspects of the industry, including the development and production of feature films, individual mentorship sessions, and masterclasses with international key players in the current documentary landscape.
