In 2017, Najee Hannigan, a 26-year-old entrepreneur from Philadelphia, approached his friends with an idea he believed would change their lives forever. The plan was to each save $50 a week so they could all, someday, pool the savings together to buy an investement property. So, Hannigan, with his cousins, Meqai Herder (23) and Ahmid Hill (23), and his two long-time friends, Tyree Harvey (26) and Darius Jacobs (26) began to set aside money every week with real estate investment in sight.
