The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) is intensifying efforts to recover over N6 billion in lost revenue by targeting property owners who have failed to pay ground rent for more than a decade.

This crackdown underscores the FCTA’s commitment to boosting revenue collection to fund critical infrastructure and development projects in Abuja.
Property owners are urged to regularize their ground rent payments to avoid further sanctions, including property sealing and potential forfeiture.
