Job title : Graduate intern
To be eligible for the ExxonMobil Graduate Internship Nigeria 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a minimum of second class upper division.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience, particularly in project management/execution and production/facilities engineering.
Project Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of project management principles, construction management concepts, and execution.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to Relocate: Candidates must be willing to relocate to various project sites across Nigeria.
While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will make candidates stand out:
Execution Planning: The ability to plan and execute complex projects.
Construction Site Safety: Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Contracting and Subcontracting: Familiarity with contracting processes.
Cost Engineering: Understanding of cost estimation and management.
Materials Management: Experience with the procurement and logistics of materials.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
