Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the ExxonMobil Graduate Internship Nigeria 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a minimum of second class upper division.

  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience, particularly in project management/execution and production/facilities engineering.

  • Project Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of project management principles, construction management concepts, and execution.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to Relocate: Candidates must be willing to relocate to various project sites across Nigeria.

Preferred Skills and Experience

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will make candidates stand out:

  • Execution Planning: The ability to plan and execute complex projects.

  • Construction Site Safety: Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

  • Contracting and Subcontracting: Familiarity with contracting processes.

  • Cost Engineering: Understanding of cost estimation and management.

  • Materials Management: Experience with the procurement and logistics of materials.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
