As of November 10, 2025, the Nigerian Naira’s exchange rates against major currencies weakened across different market segments, according to data from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), LEMFI, and REMITLY.
In the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market (NAFEM), the naira depreciated marginally by 0.07% to close at ₦1,438.50/$1 on November 7, down from ₦1,437.50/$1 on November 6, a loss of ₦1.00 per dollar, according to CBN data.
In the International Money Transfer Operators (IMTO) segment, data sourced from platforms like LEMFI and REMITLY revealed the naira weakened against the dollar by 0.07% to ₦1,464/$1 on November 10, from ₦1,463/$1 on November 7.
The naira depreciated against the Great British Pound by 0.88% to ₦1,929/£1 from ₦1,912/£1, while the naira weakened against the Euro by 0.36% to ₦1,688/€1 from ₦1,682/€1.
The naira weakened against the CAD by 0.29%, reaching ₦1,042/CAD from ₦1,039/CAD.
Meanwhile, foreign reserves rose to $43.325 billion as of November 6, a 0.06% increase from $43.301 billion on November 5, underscoring continued gradual accretion in external buffers.
