The platform is known for democratizing access to savings and investment products, enabling users to automate savings and invest in Nigerian and U.S. Dollar-denominated assets, including stocks and mutual funds.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with Cowrywise customers, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. This hybrid full-time position allows staff to work partly remotely while remaining based in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions across multiple channels with accuracy, clarity, and empathy.

Explain savings and investment concepts in simple, actionable terms.

Identify recurring customer issues and provide recommendations to improve products and processes.

Deliver an experience that keeps customers engaged and willing to recommend Cowrywise.
Required Qualifications

BA/BSc/HND degree.

1–2 years of relevant experience.

Strong interest in fintech and wealth management.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Patience, resilience, and empathy to connect with customers.

Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦650,000/month
