The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board has cleared the air on rumors of a purported recruitment exercise.
There had been a circular making the rounds with regards to the recruitment of personnel for the Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigerian Immigration service, Federal Fire Service, and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps following approval by the president.
However, the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, Immigration Services Board (CDFIB) in its disclaimer stated that despite the president’s approval, the board’s secretary did not authorize this publication as the recruitment has not started.
