Church’s Shoes Factory Store

Up to 50% Discount 60 Minutes Away From London

Church’s shoes are still made in Northampton for the world; 70% of the 5,000 pairs produced every week are sold abroad. But the world also comes to Church’s in Northampton for a good reason- there is an outlet shop close to the factory where you can buy “seconds”(shoes with mostly slight cosmetic defects) at up to 50 percent discount. Visitors come from as far as Japan, Germany, and the United States to pick bargains at the Church’s shoe outlet.

Church’s factory Shop: Saint James Road, Northampton, NN5 5JB. Parking is available opposite.

We encountered a gentleman (an investment banker) from Hong Kong when we visited. Northampton is less than 1 hour from London Euston by train and the factory shop is about ten minutes on foot from the train station in Northampton. There’s a free car park in front of the factory shop if you decide to drive. The all-female staff we met when we visited were very friendly and helpful, giving tips on how to get styles you like for a discount (you could write or call to ask if they have the design and your size in-store).
