As our COO, you’ll be the engine driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution and propelling our growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with SAO Group’s overall vision and the specific needs of each subsidiary.
  • Oversee all operational functions, including supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, IT infrastructure, and facilities management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned and accomplished COO with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in a senior operations leadership role within a complex, multi-subsidiary organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.
  • In-depth understanding of best practices in lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and clearly communicate operational strategies.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.
