QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Main Responsibility Area:
Take overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the company’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with relevant national regulations and industrial standards.
Qualification:
- B.Sc / HND in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or any other Applied Science.
- Master’s degree and Certifications in International Standard Organisation (ISO) and HACCP will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a corporate organization or FMCG (Food and Beverages).
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of relevant quality management systems and methodologies.
- Good ability to meticulously review processes and identify even minor quality discrepancies.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Age: Not more than 45 years.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Main Responsibility Area:
To ensure the implementation of strategies that would enhance the growth in sales of Bobo & Yugo brands in supermarkets/key account outlets.
Qualification:
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other Social Science field.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in key account channels of FMCG.
- Good team spirit.
- Must be proactive.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Age: Not more than 36 years.
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Main Responsibility Area:
To carry out timely installation and monitoring of plant and equipment to identify and correct problems using root cause analysis.
Qualification:
B.Eng / HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good in troubleshooting.
- Must be proactive.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Age: Not more than 32 years.
