The popular graphic-design platform Canva suffered a major outage on Monday, leaving millions of users worldwide unable to access the site or complete their work.
According to users and status-page updates, the disruption included “significantly increased error rates” across viewing, editing, saving and downloading functions.
The incident triggered frustration especially among professionals, creatives and students who rely on Canva for content creation and collaborative design work.
Canva acknowledged the issue on its official channel, confirming: “We are currently experiencing increased error rates, which are impacting functionality on Canva. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full access as quickly as possible.”
This latest disruption adds to a growing pattern of outages for the design-platform, raising questions about reliability and platform resilience for users who depend on it globally.
