Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha (L) handing over the Certificate of Occupancy for a land to the President of AfrExim Bank, Prof. Benedict Oramah for the construction of state-of-the-art Testing/Certification and Quality Control Centre by the Bank, during a visit by the management of the Bank to the Governor at the Government House, Owerri, Monday.
