Beta Glass Plc has announced a final dividend of ₦2.95 per ordinary share for the financial year ended December 31, 2024. The dividend payout, subject to withholding tax and shareholder approval, will be disbursed electronically on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

To qualify for the dividend, shareholders must ensure their names appear on the company’s register of members by the close of business on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The register will close the following day, June 18, to enable the registrar to process the payments.

The company has advised shareholders who have not completed their e-dividend registration to download and submit the mandate activation form from Greenwich Registrars’ website to receive their dividends directly into their bank accounts.

No bonus shares were proposed in this corporate action. Beta Glass also urged shareholders with outstanding dividend warrants or unclaimed share certificates to regularise their records to ensure smooth processing of entitlements.

The announcement underscores the company’s continued commitment to delivering value to its shareholders, despite economic headwinds affecting Nigeria’s manufacturing sector.
