Job Title: Research Analyst
Location: Lagos State
Conduct market research, macroeconomic updates, and competitor benchmarking to support the team’s investment recommendations.
Monitor financial news, earnings reports, and global economic indicators relevant to high-net-worth clients.
Support the development of investment ideas by gathering data on equities, ETFs, fixed income, and alternative assets.
Compile performance summaries, asset allocation snapshots, and risk analyses for portfolios.
Assist in creating proprietary research materials and briefing memos ahead of client consultations.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, quarterly reviews, and investment proposals.
Assist wealth managers in preparing, organizing, and maintaining client onboarding documents, contracts, and KYC/AML compliance materials.
Liaising with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to facilitate smooth workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a wealth management, investment, or financial services environment.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, Capital IQ, Yahoo Finance) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive client data.
