Austin Avuru, Others For Sefton Fross Webinar on Oil & Gas Firms’ Resilience

Sefton Fross, one of Nigeria’s leading full-service law firms, is holding a webinar on Tuesday, 8 September to explore strategies oil and gas companies can exploit to navigate the prevailing environment of low oil price and negative economic growth. The webinar, themed Continental Energy Shifts: building resilience through business collaborations, combinations, and consolidation, will feature seasoned professionals from the oil and finance sectors, including Austin Avuru, Former Managing Director of Seplat, who will be the Keynote Speaker. Other speakers at the webinar are Sola Carrena, Executive Director & Head, Corporate Finance, Stanbic IBTC Capital, Segun Olujobi, Chief Executive Officer, Vertex Energy and Olayemi Anyanechi, Founder and Managing Partner, Sefton Fross. The event will be moderated by Wole Famurewa, Anchor, CNBC Africa. The event is scheduled to start 10 a.m. on Zoom-participants can register here. The webinar is the first in a new series announced by Sefton Fross devoted to discussing the vulnerabilities and emerging opportunities for businesses in the Nigerian economy in the challenging economic climate that has trailed the COVID-19 pandemic. “The webinar series is designed to bring together industry experts and finance professionals with a view to sharing valuable ideas that can help companies not only wade through these challenging times but also thrive. We are delighted to host these conversations as our contribution to ongoing efforts to move the business community past the immediate impact of COVID-19” said Olayemi Anyanechi, Managing Partner of Sefton Fross.
