Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering (master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in building construction projects.
- COREN registration or eligibility for registration is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and MS Project or Primavera.
- Solid understanding of structural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination, and contractor management.
