Transcorp has launched the Young Engineer Development Programme tagged “Transcorp Ignite 2026,” to attract talented graduate engineers passionate about building a career in the power sector.
The Transcorp Ignite 2026 will run from January to December 2026 in two phases: an initial three-week learning session followed by a rotational placement across Transcorp’s power plants, including real-life experiences, work exposure and other learning interventions.
