Key Responsibilities

โข Assist in managing AFCโs social media platforms by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and supporting analytics reporting.
โข Update AFCโs website and digital platforms with fresh, relevant content in line with corporate messaging and brand guidelines.

โข Assist in the planning and coordination of AFC events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns.
โข Support the preparation of marketing materials such as event toolkits, media pitches and post-event reports.
โข Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns and special initiatives.

โข Draft and edit communication materials including internal memos, newsletters, and social media captions.
โข Maintain media and stakeholder databases, helping track AFCโs media coverage and visibility.
โข Assist in developing content for AFCโs internal communications platforms and employee engagement initiatives.

โข Coordinate meeting logistics, draft minutes, and manage documentation for marketing and communications projects.
โข Support procurement processes related to vendors, creative agencies, and service providers.
โข Ensure all marketing materials and records are organised and archived efficiently.
-Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory while oral and written fluency in other international languages will be an added advantage.
