Job Title : Analyst, Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with investors, bondholders, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders
• Draft and refine investor presentations, factsheets, and FAQs
• Support the planning and execution of investor roadshows, results calls, and conferences
• Analyze and communicate both financial performance (ROE, gearing ratios, capital adequacy) and development impact metrics (jobs created, GHG emissions reduced, infrastructure delivered).
• Support the execution of bond issuances, private placements, and syndicated loans
• Assist with credit rating agency engagements, including rating processes and submissions
• Maintain and update the investor database and CRM system for tracking interactions
• Contribute to the development of investor relations policies, frameworks, and engagement plans.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
• 2-4 years of experience in an international financial institution or within a multinational business in
new business development, preferably in investor engagement or business development.
• Good working knowledge of the infrastructure development landscape, issues and infrastructure
finance across African markets.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel “out-of-station” with minimal prior notice

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory while oral and written fluency in other international languages will be an added advantage.
