2Face Pleads for Calm as Personal Saga Escalates: “I’m Fine, Stop the Threats”

Nigerian music legend Innocent “2Baba” Idibia has once again spoken out amid growing tension surrounding his personal life, urging Nigerians to respect his privacy and stop the escalating online attacks.

In a new video that surfaced recently, the award-winning singer appeared visibly distressed as he appealed to the public to allow him space to live his life without interference.

2Baba expressed frustration over what he described as an “out of control” situation, emphasizing that the harassment being directed at those around him has crossed dangerous lines.

According to him, Natasha has been receiving death threats, an issue he said has left him deeply troubled.

“I’m a grown man, and I have the right to choose who I want to be with,” he said emotionally, calling on Nigerians to stop sending threats and hateful messages.

He insisted that the attacks were affecting innocent people and worsening an already sensitive situation.

2Baba also urged members of his family to steer clear of his personal affairs, stating that their involvement was only intensifying the controversy.

He revealed that similar interference had previously affected his wife, Annie Idibia, and expressed disappointment that it was happening again.

The veteran singer further dismissed claims suggesting he was mentally unstable, describing such accusations as harmful and unacceptable.

“I am perfectly fine. Stop making it look like I’m not okay. This kind of narrative is dangerous… it can destroy someone,” he said, stressing that he would no longer remain silent.

The music icon hinted that he will soon reveal more details about the ongoing saga, saying he intends to “speak up about many things” in the coming days.

Clearly emotional, 2Baba admitted he felt “devastated and hurt” by the situation, especially the extent to which the online attacks have reportedly affected Natasha’s life.

As reactions continue to trail the viral video, many fans have taken to social media to call for calm and to respect the singer’s plea for privacy during this turbulent period.
